It’s important that anybody involved in our company – customers, staff, government, independent bodies or other businesses – understand what we do and what we are planning to do. We also want everybody to know their rights and entitlements when it comes to electricity supply.
We provide reports on our environmental, social and economic performance, including our approach to managing our tax affairs. These include our Annual Report and our Customer Charter that explains in clear language the rights of our customers and our obligations as an energy distributor.
