CitiPower and Powercor are managed by an executive management team, which is led by the Chief Executive Officer and consists of general managers and chief officers from each of our business units.

Our ownership is divided between Cheung Kong Infrastructure, Power Assets Holdings and Spark Infrastructure.

Cheung Kong Infrastructure and Power Assets Holdings, which are members of the Cheung Kong Group of companies, hold a 51 per cent stake in our business. The Cheung Kong Group is based in Hong Kong and operates in 52 countries with about 280,000 employees. In Hong Kong alone, the group has eight listed companies with a combined value of HK$1,101 billion (as of December 31, 2013).

Spark Infrastructure, which is listed on the Australian Stock Exchange, owns the remaining 49 per cent of CitiPower and Powercor. Their focus is investing in regulated utility infrastructure, such as electricity, gas, water and sewerage assets.
