CitiPower and Powercor are managed by an executive management team, which is led by the Chief Executive Officer and consists of general managers and chief officers from each of our business units.

Our ownership is divided between  CK Infrastructure, Power Assets Holdings and Spark Infrastructure.

CK Infrastructure and Power Assets Holdings, which are members of the CK Group, hold a 51 per cent stake in our business. The CK Group operates in 52 countries with about 300,000 employees. 

Major businesses of the Group include infrastructure, telecommunications, retail, ports and related business, energy, property and aircraft leasing. 

Spark Infrastructure, which is listed on the Australian Stock Exchange, owns the remaining 49 per cent of CitiPower and Powercor. Their focus is investing in regulated utility infrastructure, such as electricity, gas, water and sewerage assets.
