Our Graduate Program makes you a valuable part of our team.. Through a series of rotations, you’ll be exposed to the different areas of our organisation, with an opportunity to test and build your skills and take control of your career from day one.
Apprenticeships
Our apprenticeship program has been running for more than 20 years. We employ our apprentices directly and we are extremely proud that more than 98% of the apprentices we recruit complete their four year apprenticeship program and go on to enjoy successful careers in our business.
With the transformation to a modern grid, our team members are also involved in commissioning new smart energy and automation technology to integrate distributed energy sources.

Women in Engineering Scholarships – this three-year scholarship offers paid work experience, mentorship and a pathway to our graduate program.
Vacation program – gain 12 weeks of paid work experience on real projects with expert mentorship.
Traineeships
Our three-year electrical design traineeships combine TAFE study and paid office-based work to enable you to gain the skills, competencies and experience required for an industry-recognised trade qualification.
You’ll learn from the best in the industry how to design additions and alterations to the electricity distribution network to ensure the safe and reliable supply of energy to our customers.
