We've talked with many customers as part of our Directions & Priorities consultation process and now its your last chance to ensure your views are heard.

We've engaged with people across metro Melbourne and regional central and western Victoria:

 

  • 1,037 responses to our online survey

  • 31 interviews with large company customers

  • 25 in-depth interviews with small to medium business customers

  • 17 focus groups with residential customers across metro Melbourne and regional Victoria

  • 6 regional engagement forums across metro Melbourne and regional Victoria

We have heard that customers want:

 

  • A reliable supply at a reasonable price

  • Safety and maintenance are given a high priority

  • Smart, targeted investment in our network

  • Ongoing programs aimed at reducing the risks of fires

  • Planning for the future to ensure we have the right capability and capacity in our network
