CitiPower Regulatory Reset 2026-31

CitiPower Regulatory Reset 2026-31

Every five years, we prepare a business plan for review and approval by the Australian Energy Regulator. This process, known as the regulatory reset, determines how much customers pay for our services.

Right now we’re engaging with our customers and stakeholders to inform the regulatory proposal for 2026 to 2031. Our proposal was submitted to the Australian Energy Regulator in January 2025, but there is still lots to do, and you can still share feedback.

What you told us

Over the past four years, we’ve spoken to more than 7,780 customers to understand what matters most to you. You told us you want:

  • a reliable, safe and resilient electricity supply
  • everyone to have access to affordable and equitable electricity
  • help to transition towards sustainable energy sources for a cleaner future.

Delivering for our customers: our proposal

We are investing $1.2 billion to deliver what our customers have told us is important to them. We will deliver all this and more for no increase to residential bills.
