To enhance the security of our systems and protect sensitive data, all myEnergy, eConnect and mySupply users now need to use Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) to log into their account.
MFA is a cyber security measure that requires users to provide two or more factors of identity, such as a password and a verification code. MFA is one of the most effective ways to protect your information and account against unauthorised access. By requiring an additional layer of verification, we can reduce the risk of security breaches.
After entering your email address and password, you’ll be prompted to select a verification method. Choose email or SMS (if available) and a 6 digit code will be sent to you. Enter this to complete the login process.
